TorresCampi Soft is a software development studio that offers: • Custom software development • Ready-to-use point-of-sale systems (PdVenta) • Technology consulting • Web applications and institutional sites The Site is informational in nature and allows visitors to contact us to request quotes or information.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, source code, and downloadable software — is the property of TorresCampi Soft or its respective owners and is protected by the intellectual property laws in force in Argentina. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on the Site without prior, express written authorization is prohibited.

By using the contact form, you agree that: • The information provided is truthful and accurate • You will not use the form to send offensive content, spam, or false information • You understand that a response may take up to 24 business hours
5. Software downloads
The downloadable systems available on the Site (such as PdVenta) are subject to the following conditions: • The DEMO version is free to use for 30 days for evaluation purposes • The full license is for personal or business use and is non-transferable • Resale, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited • TorresCampi Soft is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the software
6. Limitation of liability
TorresCampi Soft does not guarantee that the Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for: • Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site • Data loss or service interruptions • Content of external sites the Site may link to

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the province of Tucumán, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might apply.
